Eureka is a wonderful way to inject character into your home. The trend made me think of the circus with harlequin clowns, the stripy big top and ticket booth lights. In my home I have created a circus themed wall using a nostalgic Disney Dumbo canvas for a block of yellow colour and a super lit up arrow as a geometric element. I've added a few of my son's bits and pieces for a new style to the wall by his play cupboard.
I think that our home speaks volumes about us as a family - I love fairy tales and nostalgia and much of the interior design reflects that. I used to love Disney films as a child and hope my son will do too, so the 1940's print has a special feel. If I can get guests to notice some of our decor I am happy, they certainly will like our new lit arrow as it's so unique.

The Eureka style is one that I really love, just like in June and the Popsicle trend, I adore colour. From featured walls, bright pictures and accessories, colour blocking is a great way to update a neutral home. You can do it on a small scale with coloured painted chairs, vases or a mini picture gallery if you don't do go full on brightness.
I love these wallpapers from Graham and Brown, you could have a lot of fun with these and really make a wow factor impact. Checker Hot Pink, Mickey and Minnies Night Out and Mika Charcoal are just some of my favourites.
Do you like to use colour in your home and would you have a bold patterned or coloured feature wall?
