Such a cheeky bird. I love them for their sheer bolshiness.
Bobbing along on the sea.
Having a snack with a friend
Fighting over a squashed chip
Giving you the beady eyes whilst you eat yours
Scavengers.
Bless the Herring Gull, the noisy thug with the menacing beak but endearing and the seaside wouldn't be the same without you.

Beautiful pictures, gulls always remind me of my childhood growing up in North Norfolk x #AnimalTales
They can be a pain when on holiday. Very photogenic though.

Your photography is stunning, you make me want to be there right now. Fabulous post and beautiful gardens
That blue anemone is just beautiful - and I can't wait to see that pergola in full flower #hdygg
Stunning flowers and beautiful pictures, So very colourful and pretty.
I felt really relaxed reading this post! The pergola is my favourite area, do post a photo when it's full of climbers and clematis :) The Anemone coronaria are really beautiful, love that vibrant red.
They must put so much work in to get the gardens looking so neat and well cared for. If it looks this good in May it must be spectacular in the next few months.
Such beautiful pictures, what a lovely place to visit.
What a beautiful place to visit - I love exploring our local countryhouse and gardens
Just beautiful - I love visiting gardens, they're so pretty and you can just feel yourself relaxing whilst walking around all the lovely blooms x
What a lovely place to have near you to visit - I'd go for the annual pass to at that price x x
Lovely images. I adore those Anenomes. I wonder if they are tricky to grow. We have a naughty dog too, but I've been amazed and the abuse the plants can take and still survive. Happy Planting!
What an utterly beautiful place
£25 for an annual pass is a bargain and looks so lovely there, these are the first orange tulips ive seen, they're beautiful
What a beautiful place to be able to visit. Must be lovely to see it in different seasons.
What a wonderful place to visit. The annual pass is a great bargain. I can see why you return again and again.
You are so right - gulls are a touch menacing but no trip to the beach would be complete without them. When we were at the beach recently on our hols we chucked a chip to the one gull that was nearby and within seconds there were loads of them there demanding food.
Many thanks for joining in with #AnimalTales
