Bonfire Night

Tonight we will be stopping home, having baked potatoes for tea and looking out of the windows at the fireworks. Little Bird is out of sorts at the moment - extremely noise sensitive and highly anxious, so we have decided that a bonfire party and firework display will be not a good idea at all.

Instead we will read some poems to LB at bedtime by Enid Blyton and I did not even knew she wrote poems until discovering them on the World of Blyton blog. I recommend having a look at poems, The Bonfire at Night and Firework Night.  They will make you feel very seasonal.

Happy Bonfire Night xx

My bathroom is tiny and all my bits and bobs are either in boxes or in the airing cupboard!! I think adding free standing closed and open storage, like a large dresser/display cabinet as opposed to built in units, can really transform a bathroom, definitely making it more personal and homely. It creates a relaxed stylish space, with fluffy towels and pretty soaps on display. I love the tiles above, I think storm would be my choice, very chic and stylish.
