May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rain fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
The pendant was presented well in a little black box and wrapped in black felt. It has a blue lapis stone in the centre surrounded by a pretty knotwork design. On the back of the pendant is the blessing which is inscribed delicately into the silver and looks like an artisan piece of jewellery. I'm not religious but I like the meaning of the words and the history attached to the Irish blessing. Having Irish ancestry, discovered from my work on the family tree, it would make a special gift for a family member.
The lapis semi-precious stone in the centre has been coveted since antiquity. Gorgeous blue with golden shimmery flecks in it. The pendant is 1 1/4 inches wide on a silver chain that is 18 inches long.
The pendant opens out but I wouldn't want to put anything inside of it. It sells for £89.99 which is more than I would normally pay for jewellery for myself but this would make a special present for a female relative - I think I would buy it for someone older. This is the sort of pendant that my mum or my nana would like, very pretty and would look smart over a sweater or shirt.

**I was sent the pendant by Museum Selection for the purpose of the review. All opinions are my own**

The jars are great!
I love the Fylde coast. They've done such great things to make it look so much better. The beach fronts are gorgeous now - not like when I was little :)
The Shipwreck Tribute is a really lovely thing.
It looks like a great place to visit!

Love the speedy up bits in the video and the chips on the seafront look tasty! I'm glad I'm not the only one who still uses a map and not sat nav. Keeping it real! :)
What wonderful sculptures and such an interesting place to visit. A lovely little video showing what fun you had. I love the idea of having a tasty fresh baked pizza and tasting all the delights at the food festival. Thanks for linking up and sharing your fun with Country Kids.
